Bethany Nursing Center of Millen is located at 466 South Gray Street in Millen, Georgia. Approximately four million dollars has been expended for renovations in recent years, and the facility is now state-of-the-art. The facility, originally a home for men, is now home to 100 men and women.

Bethany Nursing Center of Millen provides routine nursing services and medical supplies and equipment, related to the daily care of residents. These include medical and social services, routine physical therapy, speech therapy, hand feedings, oxygen, and restorative nursing care. Routine restorative rehabilitation is provided by the nursing department and independent therapy contractors.
